Williams graduated from Austin College in Sherman, Texas with a double major in Economics and Business Administration with a minor in Political Science. He also graduated from the Institute of Organization Management in Washington, DC. In addition, he completed further studies at Southern Methodist University, Texas A&M University, University of Notre Dame, and the University of Delaware.
